MULTIFEX EXCAVATOR

ACCESSORIES

Drawbar for excavators

The mounting component is welded to the undercarriage, and the drawbar is bolted to it. The towing device is of a truck-type design, allowing trailers to be attached quickly and easily.

Patented extension boom

With the boom, even small machines gain approximately 2 meters of additional reach.

The boom is operated using the bucket cylinder, so no separate hydraulic system is required for it.

The boom is locked in the upper position when the machine’s standard bucket is in use. This is an essential feature when operating in forest environments. First, trees are delimbed and cut using an energy wood grapple; after that, the boom is locked in the upper position, stumps are removed with the bucket, and roads are leveled. Machine maneuvering and improved tractive force can also be achieved using the bucket.

The boom also improves reach in applications such as dredging shorelines, leveling road embankments, and similar tasks.

The boom configuration includes a quick coupler both in place of the standard bucket and at the end of the boom. Various energy wood grapples, harvester heads, buckets, and even forklift forks can be mounted on the boom tip, allowing the machine to perform telehandler-type tasks even on soft terrain.

Delimbing energy wood grapple

Guillotine cutting blade, max. tree diameter 150 mm

Weight approx. 160 kg

Oil flow 20-60 liters

Operating pressure 200-240 bar

Requires only one supply and one return hose

Very easy to use: the delimbing and guillotine blades are operated via the bidirectional proportional control at the end of the machine’s control lever

Additional wheels

Additional wheels help even out the machine’s movement and stabilize front lifts, while also acting as a counterweight during rear loading. They improve overall stability when operating in rough terrain.

A transport boom will be available, allowing the machines to be moved quickly by a tractor even in difficult terrain when the additional wheels are installed on the machine.

Coming later

The MultiFEX screening bucket, which can be used not only for soil screening but also for loading and spreading various fertilizers, lime, ashes, and similar materials, as well as for sanding operations. When spreading fertilizers, an additional blower is used to achieve a wide distribution width.
